With our personalized white-glove approach, you'll feel at ease as we provide you with high-end design and premium planning so that you can enjoy your wedding planning and not become overwhelmed with the logistics of it. Whether you know exactly what it is that you want and don't have the time to dedicate to planning and sourcing venues & vendors, or you don't know where to start, we're here to take your luxe wedding dreams and make them a reality! Comprehensive wedding packages are detailed below. Exclusive, all-inclusive, prix fixe wedding packages for 50 guests or less can be viewed here, and if you want an even more intimate affair, then view our elopement package options here. Please fill out our Contact Form for more information and to receive a complimentary proposal. Please note, that we book all wedding events at least 6 to 8 months in advance. Options to reserve your wedding date well in advance are also available for a reservation fee.

Exclusive Designer Package

Designed for the couple that wants all the glamour & white glove service for their special day every step of the way. A very detail oriented & lavish package that will impress guests, who will end up saying it was the best wedding they ever attended! This package is tailored made for weddings with 200-250 guests. Please note, that a higher # of guests is permitted w/this package w/the understanding that a larger # of guests is equal to higher rates, due to more prep & setup time. Clients who book this package will receive all services listed below  & a Bonus Wedding Website!

Planning Services

-Venue Identification/Selection Assistance: Includes (1) Courtesy Consultation Design Plan Meeting plus (4) Additional Meetings:

  • (1) Courtesy Consultation Design Plan Meeting

  • (1) Mandatory Venue Site Assessment Meeting

All Wedding Planning Correspondences are primarily done via Email up to 1 month of the wedding: Includes (2) "Final Stage" Emails, which are (1) "Progress Report" Email & (1) "Wrap-Up/Last Minute Details" Email. "Final Stage" Email Correspondences will occur 2 weeks prior to actual wedding day, respectively. Additionally, 4  Scheduled Phone Calls will occur a month prior & during the month of the wedding (Please Note:  We always provide courtesy unlimited email correspondences for any additional client inquiries/suggestions).

This particular package listed below is custom tailored for weddings with 50-75 guests. Clients must choose at least (3) Design Service Add-Ons from the "Á La Carte Package." Client's "Design Service Add-On" options will be added to the overall package, in addition to, the Client Meetings, Design Plan, Shopping/Purchasing, Email Correspondences & Partial Event Day Setup & Coordination.
