So if you have yet to enter into your Domesticated Diva or Divo era, then I HIGHLY suggest you do because it is so much fun over here. But I'm not gonna lie it can seem rather daunting at times depending on your whole entire approach. Hence why, for this reason, I created a whole entire blog to help gradually ease you into fun & easy tips, tricks, & recipes when hosting your own parties & get-togethers at home. And in this blog post, I partnered up with Risata Wines to show you how implementing these subtle, yet festive nuances help to make the moments merry for your at-home entertaining during the holiday season.

Now it’s pretty normal to regularly have company over & host get-togethers during the holiday season, but you don’t always want to go all out with a whole smorgasbord of food. I mean have you seen these grocery prices lately?! Therefore, my go-to for the more low-key visits are typically quick, & easy-to-make appetizers, alongside a seasonal inspired cocktail, all with an added festive touch to align with the holiday season of course!

Here, in this image, I’m showing you how I made these holiday-inspired donut hole trees using styrofoam cones I purchased at Michael's Craft Store, along with some toothpicks, a bag of cranberries, & sprigs of rosemary. Pro Tip: Take your time with this DIY project as to not prick your fingers with the toothpicks, and make sure that you don't place your donut holes too far apart, so that there is less room for you to fill in-between them. By the way, you're going to be needing lots of rosemary sprigs for a lot of my holiday crafts & recipes haha!! They are so multifunctioning as a great seasoning that also mimics the greenery we see around the holidays, and also smell great.

In this image above, I plated a french baguette and elevated it's presentation by cutting out square holes in the bread & filling them with frozen butter cubes in which I had placed a wick in the middle prior to freezing, so that I could mimic a candle and light them so that they could melt into the bread. Again, 1 thing that serves 2 purposes, which is always a win-win for me!

Finally, in this image above, I made a festive Cranberry Lemonade Prosecco Punch, and further enhanced the holiday vibes by using my leftover cranberries & rosemary springs as the garnish. As, I always say, it’s ALL. IN. THE. DETAILS!!! These subtle festive nuances make the biggest impact! I included the recipe below for you to try!

"Cranberry Lemonade Prosecco Punch" Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

-2 Cups of Lemonade, Chilled

-1 Quart White Cranberry Juice, Chilled (I used Ocean Spray brand, but feel free to utilize whichever brand you prefer)

-1 Bottle of Your Favorite Prosecco

-Ice (optional)

-Cranberries & Sprigs of Rosemary, For Garnish

Directions

-Step 1 -Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl. If you prefer a mocktail version then substitute the prosecco for or club soda

-Step 2 - Serve Immediately & enjoy!
