Charmed Spirits Edition: Unleashing Beastly Vampire Vibes With This "Bloody Bite Bellini" Cocktail

Hey Guys!!! Welcome back to my mini-series titled, “Charmed Spirits,” where we experiment in making some fun creepy cocktails and learn a thing or 2 in the process. I hope you’ve enjoyed the first few previous posts, and if ya haven’t gotten a chance to check them out yet, then make sure u do - "Beetlejuice Buzz;" "Brujeria Sangria;" & "Clown Cranium Shots."

Now in this blog post, we’re keeping things super simple with another one of my faves, the bellini, but we’ll take it a notch of course, as to keep in theme with the spooky season. So having said that, I’ll let you in on another weird random fun fact about me…And it’s that that I’ve always had this weird obsession with vampire shows & movies….So yes, movies like From "Dusk Til Dawn," "Vampire in Brooklyn," "Twilight," & Don’t even get me started on the tv series "The Originals," which was pretty much the ONLY show I’d watch religiously because I thought it was that brilliant, you name it and I probably watched it if it had vampires and loved every minute of it.

And I honestly I think this weird fascination is largely in part because vampires were never your typical monsters. I mean there was a certain level of sophistication to them...Well as far as monsters go anyway???…I mean they read books, they were intelligent, they were romantic…So yeah I found them to be a bit intriguing if you will…And so, I thought it’d be fitting to play that up a bit with our ever so classy cocktail the bellini. But of course, we’re not just doing any bellini…Stay tuned while I show you how to make what I call my “Bloody Bite Bellini!” Let’s Get it!

Directions

-Step 1 - Fill your glass 1/2 up with some chilled cranberry peach juice and the other 1/2 with some chilled prosecco or club soda if you're creating a mocktail version.

-Step 2 - Serve Immediately & enjoy!
