Hey guyssss! Okay...So pajamas are on, the vibes are vibing, and we are deep in holiday mode, which means it's time for an episode of “Making Spirits Bright!” Recently, I took on Auntie duty, and it was all about bringing something fun, festive, chic, & SUPER easy for the kids.

Cue in: This sweet & delicious treat called, Snowball Punch! Yes, the name is cute & its an absolute hit with the kiddos! 😉 This, mocktail-moment, is not only kid-approved, but also stress-free, & cute enough for any holiday gathering!

So if you’ve got a kid with a December birthday, or you're just needing something fun & festive for them to do during their winter break so that YOU TOO can get a break from them, & survive it without needing to run to the store for 27 ingredients, then THIS IS IT! I mean, what’s more iconic for kids than pizza, punch, pajamas & a Christmas movie classic playing in the background? This festive snowball punch is playful & frothy, JUST like melted snow, and it buys you 30 minutes of peace while they stir, sip, & giggle. And, honestly? That’s a real gift within itself!

So grab your punch bowl, gather your little elves, and whip up my delicious snowball punch.

BTW...If you want your Snowball Punch to really HIT YOU back...Then the separate grown-up version involves Peppermint Schnapps being added to the mixture. Listen, no one has to know. It'll be our little secret! Haha!!

"Snowball Punch"

Ingredients
-1 Quart Eggnog
-1 Liter Club Soda
-1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream or Coconut Sherbet
-2 Cups of Coconut Flakes
Garnish
--2 Cups of Coconut Flakes -- Crushed Peppermint
Directions
Step 1 - Pour the eggnog and club soda into a punch bowl.
Step 2 - Scoop in 1/2 gallon candy cane ice cream.
Step 3 - Garnish the mixture with coconut flakes.
Step 4 - When pouring in glasses...Wet the rim of the glass and then dip into coconut flakes to give festive flurry touch (Completely optional)
Step 5 - If you want to make this beverage a cocktail moment for adults, then just add 3/4 cup of Peppermint Schnapps.
