🥂 Classic Mimosa or Make It a Little Extra??

Before we get into my sunshine-inspired twist, let's start with the classic mimosa. A traditional mimosa is BEAUTIFULLY SIMPLY: Champagne or sparkling wine topped with orange juice. Easy, bubbly, and always brunch-approved.

  • 🥂 4 oz Champagne or sparkling wine

  • 🍊 2 oz orange juice

  • Pour the bubbly first, then top with orange juice.

But y'all know me...I had to make mine a little EXTRA! 😂 So, if you're ready to take your mimosa from classic to fête-worthy, meet my “Soaking Up Sunshine” Sorbet Mimosa. ☀️🍾

Three glasses of mimosas with dried orange slices, against a bright yellow background.

For the purposes of this recipe, I'll be using orange-flavored sorbet to stay on par with my sunshine color scheme; Orange-Flavored-Vodka; Your Favorite Champagne; & Orange Slice Dried Fruit Garnish (I get mine from Amazon)
